Civility In Action
Civility in Action is a proprietary, research-aligned curriculum designed to provide students with practical tools for communication, self-regulation, conflict resolution, and responsible decision-making. The curriculum emphasizes experiential learning, reflection, and immediate skill application.
CIA is built on the premise that civility-based behaviors can be explicitly taught, modeled, and reinforced, leading to improved classroom interactions, stronger peer relationships, and a more positive school culture. Core development areas include communication skills, emotional regulation, empathy, respect for authority, attitude formation, and conflict resolution.
